After many years of testing, Vantage has introduced another trend setting design.  We call it the ALPHA.

The ALPHA is extremely rugged, lightweight, and very fuel efficient.  It represents the next generation of aluminum end dump trailers by Vantage.  Its construction utilizes double wall panels that are one and one half inches thick with a honeycomb center.  The panels are incredibly strong and are used to build the floor and the lower half of each side.  The sides and floor are aerodynamic allowing the trailer to slice through the air with little friction and the floor is so strong that a forklift can be operated in the trailer without additional reinforcement.

The Floor!
With the ALPHA not only do you get the Aerodynamic benefits of the sides being smooth but so is the floor.  The panel floor is constructed of a hollow core extruded member locked together and welded.  This feature makes the ALPHA slice trough the air with unsurpassed strength putting more hard earned dollars back into your pockets.  The internal braces are also on 2” centers (instead of 14”) which gives you a floor strong enough for a fork lift and also reduces your chance of wash boarding the floor.

The Sides!
The sides of the alpha were engineered to be the strongest, lightest and most durable sides available.  With a combination of a hollow core extruded panel attached to a sheet of aluminum on top you have the best of both worlds the strength and light weight.  That is why our 47 cubic yard frameless trailer on aluminum wheels and air ride will consistently weight under 9,900#.
